Refund Policy
The products and services we deliver are non-refundable.
If you have not received your trainings within 10 minutes please check to see that they are in your spam/junk folder. If this is the case move this email into your inbox so that you are able to download the files.
Refunds can only be issued under special circumstances that include non-delivery of a product or service, duplicate payment,and order cancellation. Refunds are issued within 2 working days.
Note that we are not liable for non-delivery that resulted from your providing wrong or invalid email address.
GST and Other Taxes
All trainings are inclusive of taxes. There are no additional costs or fees.
Receiving Your Training Materials
Once your payment has been approved you will be able to download the training materials instantly. The download link will be available for 48 hours. If for some reason you have not received your purchases they may have been sent to your junk/spam folder. Please do contact Food and Beverage Trainer if they are not there or if you are unable to open the files.
Free Lesson Plans & Activities
Each powerpoint training comes with a free lesson plan and activities. The free training materials are saved in PDF files which are non editable. You may use them as a reference to tailor your trainings accordingly.
