Espresso Martini @ Shrine Cocktail & Dining, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

About the Shrine

The concept for Shrine is based on those great neighborhood cocktail/drop-in bars that you find in Melbourne, Sydney, San Francisco and New York – a bar that uniquely fills the void between the many sports bars and high-end bars/nightclubs currently available in Saigon. It’s a place you can go for a quiet drink, something to eat and good conversation – and not too expensive! The decor is a mix between Khmer raw materials from Cambodia, together with natural Vietnamese rock and stone to convey a modern, yet intimate atmosphere.

The freshest local ingredients are what sets Shrine’s food and cocktails apart – we have our own herb garden and source as much of our produce from organic suppliers. Shrine keeps it simple and lets the inherent flavors speak for themselves – where every element has a purpose and adds something to the overall balance of flavor.

During the day, you’ll be able to enjoy a quality selection of food and beverages and in the evening, Shrine becomes a casual bar – with a focus on good music to make Shrine a premier venue to relax and socialize.
